Section 79(2) in The U.P. Kshettra Panchayats And Zila Panchayats Adhiniyam, 1961
(2)The Pramukh shall exercise and perform such of the powers, duties and functions of a Kshettra Panchayat as are required under the third column of Schedule VI to be exercised or performed by the Pramukh or as are delegated by the Kshettra Panchayat under Section 80 to the Pramukh.
