51. Power of Collector to issue warrant of arrest.
- The Collector may issue a warrant for the arrest of any person whom he has reason to believe to have [committing or abetting an offence] [Substituted 'committing an offence' by U.P. Act No. 4 of 2018, dated 5.1.2018] punishable under [Section 60, Section 60-A] [Substituted 'Section 60' by U.P. Act No. 4 of 2018, dated 5.1.2018], Section 62, Section 631 or Section 65.
