15. Saving of the operation of Guardians and Wards Act, 1890.
- Nothing contained in section 14 shall he deemed to affect the operation of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 (Central Act VIII of 1890).[Chapter V] [The Hindu Succession Act, 1956 (Central Act 30 of 1956) has, by virtue of section 4(b) thereof, an overriding effort over any other law in force immediately before the commencement of that Act in so far as that law is inconsistent with any of the provisions of that Act.] Intestate Succession
