- If any convict becomes insame, a report regarding his case shall be submitted to the Inspector-General with a view to obtaining the orders of Government for his removal to a mental hospital. With this report shall be forwarded : -(a)a descriptive roll of the prisoner (Form No. 61),(b)his descriptive roll in Form No. 9 of Punjab Mental Hospital Manual,(c)medical certificate in Form No. 3 of Schedule I of Act IV of 1912.
