Section 22(1) in Kumaun and Uttarakhand Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1960
(1)Except as provided in sub-section (2), the Compensation Officer shall after hearing the parties, if necessary, on the objections filed under Section 21, dispose of the objections in the manner prescribed.
