ORDER
Shri Rakesh Kumar, hereinafter called the appellant has filed the present appeal dated 23.8.2011 before the Commission against the respondent Delhi Police, Licensing Unit for not providing satisfactory and complete information of his RTI-application dated 1.3.2011. The matter came up for hearing on 21.03.2012. The appellant was present and the respondent were represented by Shri Rajneesh Garg, ACP and Shri Rajesh, ASI.
2. The appellant had filed an application dated 1.3.2011 under the RTI Act seeking information on ten queries pertaining to fire-crackers, CNG/Petrol Pumps, newspaper/press licenses etc. The CPIO vide his letter dated 1.4.2011 provided requisite point-wise information to the appellant.
3. Not satisfied with the reply of the CPIO, the appellant filed first-appeal on 11.4.2011 before the FAA. The FAA vide his order dated 18.5.2011, while upholding the reply of the CPIO, provided further clarifications to the appellant. Thereafter the appellant has filed the present appeal before the Commission.
2 Case No. CIC/SS/A/2011/0020534. During the hearing the respondent submit that complete requisite information has been provided to the appellant. On the other hand, the appellant insisted to have copies NOC received from all Departments in respect of all permanent fire-crackers licenses issued. On the insistence of the appellant, the respondent have agreed to provide the same.
5. Having considered the submissions of the parties the CPIO is hereby directed to provide copies of NOC received from all Departments in respect of issue of all the permanent fire-crackers licenses issued, to the appellant on payment of the requisite fees, within four weeks of receipt of this order The matter is disposed of with the above directions.
