Section 8 in Tamil Nadu Homeopathy System of Medicine and Practitioners of Homeopathy Act, 1971
8. Term of office of members.
(1)Save as otherwise provided in this Act, the term of office of a member (including the member nominated as president) shall be five years from the date of his election or nomination as member.(2)An outgoing member (including the member nominated as president), if otherwise qualified, shall be eligible for re-election or re-nomination.
