Section 78(1) in Andhra Pradesh Municipal Corporations (Conduct of Election of Members, Election Expenses and Election Petitions) Rules, 2005
(1)The Presiding Officer shall close a polling station at the hour fixed in that behalf under section 57 of the Act, and shall not thereafter admit any elector into the polling station.Provided that all electors present at the polling station before it is closed shall be allowed to cast their votes.
