25. Filing of Returns.
- Every Town Vending Committee shall periodically submit a return in Form-H to the authority and the local authority concerned on or before the expiry of sixty days referred to in sub-rule (3) of rule 11 from the date fixed as the last date for the receipt of application for issue of Certificate of Vending, by the Town Vending Committee.
