1. Please let me know which buildings are used by Indira Institute of Management studies , Pune (IIPM) for the MBA and MCA program of the University of Pune for which u have also got the accreditation by the National Board of Accreditation.

2. Please provide me photocopy of the detailed building plan with the stamp of approval and the building use permission provided by the competent authority.

3. I be informed of details if any , of other entities functioning from the same premises that have been clearly earmarked for IIPM , including but not limited to chairman's office of shree Chanakya Education Society

4. Please provide me the name of the members of the governing council of IIPM.would like to have also there addresses, a brief resume and their profession.

5. Please provide me the political affiliation of the member of the governing council and whether any of them hold public office, wether corporate MLA,MLC,MP etc . Or are Public servants.

6. Please provide me with the detail of the basis of selection and or nomination of the member of the governing council.

Grounds for First Appeal:

No reply by the PIO Order of the First Appellate Authority:

In the light of the same your Aforesaid letter as well as the Application under right to information act 2005 dated 26th Feb. 2009 received by this office on 4th March 2009 and also your application dated 27th feb,2009 which is never received by the organization can not be entertained at this juncture.

Grounds for Second Appeal:

Unsatisfactory and incomplete information.

Relevant facts emerging during hearing: The following were present:

Appellant: Mr. Vishwas S. Bhamburkar Respondent: Mr. Manoj on behalf of PIO Mrs. Tarita Hehendale Mr. Manoj states that, "he accepts that they are the public authority". However he points out that the college is affiliated to Pune University and hence the jurisdiction over this appeal lies with the State Information Commission of Maharashtra. The contention of the Respondent is correct and the Appellant was asked if he had any argument in this matter, the Appellant agrees.

Decision:

The Appeal is dismissed.

The Commission has no jurisdiction over this appeal.
