Section 104(1) in Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development Act, 1995
(1)Any decision of the Arbitrator under clauses (iv) to (xi) (both inclusive) and clauses (xiv), (xv), (xvi), (xviii), (xix) and (xx) of sub-section 3 of the section 102 shall be forthwith communicated to the party concerned including the Authority and any party aggrieved by such decision may, within sixty days from the date of communication of the decision, prefer an appeal to the Tribunal of Appeal constituted under section 105.
