Section 73(2)(a) in The Indian Electricity Rules, 1956

(a)In the case of non-shock-proof equipment, overhead high voltage conductors, unless suitably guarded against personal contact, shall be adequately spaced and high voltage leads on tilting-tables and fluroscopes shall be adequately insulated or so surrounded by barriers as to prevent inadvertent contact.
