47. Conditions of Service.
- Subject to the provisions of this Act, the appointment, procedure for selection, pay and allowances and other conditions of service of officers, teachers and other persons employed in the School shall be such as may be prescribed:Provided that in regard to the appointments in the School, the rule of reservation as applicable to the appointments in the services under the Government shall be followed.Explanation. - For the purpose of this section, the word "officers" shall not include the Chancellor and the Pro-Chancellor.
