15.07.2024 Heard Mr. Sk. S. N. Mohammad, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. P. S. Lahkar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State respondent.

Page No.# 2/2 By filing this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner has prayed for quashing and setting aside the order dated 09.05.2018 and subsequent orders and also order dated 04.05.2024 issuing NBWA against the petitioner in PRC Case No. 579/2017 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nagaon.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that earlier the petitioner was arrested and he was allowed to go on P.R.Bond. Subsequently, he went to Dubai and did not return as a result of which, warrant of arrest was issued. Now the petitioner is available in India and is ready to face the trial.

Mr. P. S. Lahkar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor also submitted that the petitioner may appear before the trial court seeking regular bail. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court within 10 days from today and if any bail application is filed, the same will be considered in accordance with law.

Accordingly, criminal petition stands disposed of.
