Section 204(4) in The Punjab Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989
(4)Save with the approval of the Regional Transport Authority, the local authority administering a stand of Class-C shall not entrust the management of the stand to, or permit to be employed in the working of the stand, any person who has a financial interest direct or indirect in any of the vehicles likely to be kept thereat.
