254B. Licensed Town planner.
(1)The layout plan shall be prepared by a licensed Town Planner.(2)The Commissioner may grant to any person a license to act as a Town Planner subject to the possessing of such qualifications or experience and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed:Provided that every such license shall be renewed after every three years.]
