10. Method of direct recruitment.
- Direct recruitment to the post of District Judge shall be made by the High Court through a competitive examination which shall consist of two parts viz. - written test and interview conducted in the manner provided in these rules and in accordance with the syllabus as specified in Appendix 'B'.
