Section 119(2)(b) in The Naval Ceremonial, Conditions Of Service And Miscellaneous Regulations, 1964

(b)Candidates recommended by the Captain Superintendant, Training Ship "Dufferin" and considered suitable by the Chief of the Naval Staff shall be required to appear before a Services Selection Board for interview and other tests.
