Section 27 in The Rajasthan Colonisation (General Colony) Conditions, 1955
27. Exercise of powers.
(1)If there is any Colonisation Officer appointed under that title for the area in which the land is situated, the power or functions conferred on the Collector by the these powers or functions conferred on the Collector, or Commissioner or conferred on or resewed to the Government shall be exercised by such officers as may be specified by any general or special order.
