Section 13(1)(b) in Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Members (Travelling & Daily Allowances) Rules, 1964

(b)Where no part of journey is performed by a conveyance provided at the expenses of the Government of India or the Government of Rajasthan or any other State Government or Local Fund, the following certificate shall be furnished, namely:-
