53. Procedure in case of difference of opinion.
- In the event of a difference of opinion between the Executive Officer and the managing committee of the society, with regard to any matter concerning the business of the society not expressed or covered by the Act, rules and the bye-laws, the Executive Officer, may refer the matter to the Registrar for his decision, and the decision of the Registrar in this regard shall be final.
