Section 50(1) in The Bihar Panchayat Raj Act, 2006
(1)A Panchayat Samiti shall constitute the following committees by election from among its members for effective discharge of its functions:(i)General Standing Committee(ii)Finance, Audit & Planning Committee(iii)Production Committee(iv)Social Justice Committee(v)Education Committee(vi)Committee on Public Health, Family Welfare & Rural Sanitation(vii)Public Works Committee
