Section 16(1) in Agreement Between the Government of the Republic of India and the Government of Australia Concerning Transfer of Sentenced Persons
(1)The Competent Authorities shall endeavor to mutually resolve any dispute arising out of the interpretation, application or implementation of this Agreement.
