(1)The Board shall, within three months after the end of each financial year, present to the State Government a report on its work during the preceding year as well on the evaluation of performance of the Police Service.(2)The State Government shall cause such Annual Report to be laid before the earliest session of the State Legislature following its receipt from the Board, along with an action taken report.
