The Court:- The suit was decreed in terms of the judgment dated 24 th July, 2024 allowing decree for eviction today.
The matter is fixed for enquiring into and consideration of mesne profits. Mr. Vivek Basu, a Member of Bar Library Club, High Court, Calcutta [9830014375(M)] is appointed as a Special Referee to calculate mesne profits. He shall be paid remuneration of Rs. 75,000/- by the plaintiff. Report shall be submitted before this Court on or before 3 rd October, 2024.
