Section 7(5) in The Rajasthan Suits Valuation Act, 1958
(5)Nothing in this Act shall be construed to affect the jurisdiction of any court -(a)with respect to any suit instituted before the commencement of this Act, or(b)with respect to any appeal arising out of any such unit.
