Section 235 in U.P. Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2009
235. Excessive noise, vibration.
- An employer shall ensure at a cons-ruction site of a building or other construction work that adequate measures ire taken to protect building workers against the harmful effects of excessive noise or vibration at such construction site and the noise level in no case exceeds the limits laid down in Schedule-VI annexed to these rules.
