(2)Subject to the proviso to sub-section (1), anything done or any action taken (including any appointment or delegation made, notification, order, instruction or direction issued, rule or regulation framed, or form prescribed), in so far as it is not inconsistent with this Act, be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act and shall continue to be in force accordingly, unless and until superseded by any action taken under this Act.The Schedule[See clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 3]
