Section 27 in The Shree Sai Baba Sansthan Trust (Shirdi) Act, 2004
27. Inspection by Government.—
The State Government may, depute any officer not below the rank of Deputy Secretary to inspect any movable or immovable property, records, correspondence, plans, accounts and other documents relating to the Sansthan Trust, and the Committee and its officers and employees shall be bound to afford all facilities to such officer for such inspection.
