Section 11(2) in The Punjab Panchayati Raj Act, 1994
(2)[ One-half of the total number of offices reserved under sub-section (1) shall be reserved for women belonging to the Scheduled Castes:Provided that a fraction of seat shall not be treated a seat for the purpose of reservation.
