Section 152(2) in New Town, Kolkata Development Authority Act, 2007
(2)No person arrested under sub-section (1) shall be detained in custody after his true name and address arc ascertained or without the order of a Magistrate for a period longer than twenty-four hours from the time of a nest, excluding the period necessary for the journey from the place of arrest to the court of the Magistrate.
