Section 1 in Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University Act, 1994
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University Act, 1994.(2)This section shall be deemed to have come into force on the 13th April, 1994 and the remaining provisions of this Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the 26th April, 1994.
