It is contended by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the case of the petitioner is covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in CWP No. 3349 of 2011 2011, titled as Kishan Chand versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others, decided on 17.05.2011 and prayed that same relief, as granted in the judgment, supra, be granted to the petitioner, herein.

2. Issue notice. Mr. Kush Sharma, learned Deputy Advocate General, waives notice on behalf of the .

respondents.

3. In the given circumstances, we deem it proper to dispose of this writ petition by directing the respondents to examine the case of the petitioner in light of the of judgment, referred to above, and make decision within four weeks from today. Ordered accordingly.
