23.07.2025 Mr. D. Deka, learned counsel appears for the petitioner. In terms of the earlier order dated 21.05.2025, Mr. Z.H. Bora, learned counsel who had earlier entered appearance on behalf of Mr. S.S. Roy had accepted notice on respondent Nos. 4, 5 and 6.

However, today when the matter is called up Mr. S.S. Roy, learned counsel submits that he can only accept notice on behalf of respondent No.6.

Under such circumstances, the earlier order dated 21.05.2025 stands Page No.# 3/3 modified and notice on behalf of respondent No.6 will be shown to be accepted by Mr. S.S. Roy.

The petitioner will take steps on respondent Nos. 4 & 5 by registered post with A/D as well as usual course within a period of one week from today.

Matter be listed after four weeks.
