Section 2(xviii) in Telecommunication Interconnection (Charges and Revenue Sharing) Regulation, 1999
(xviii)"Originating/Transit/Terminating Service Provider" means the service provider whose network is used for originating/transit/terminating a telecommunication message.xix. "Port Charges" mean charges payable by the interconnection seeker to the interconnection provider for terminating the interconnection links on the network interface of the interconnection provider.
