Section 217 in The Bihar Motor Vehicles Rules, 1992
217. Trailer prohibited with motorcycles and invalid carriage.
(a)No motorcycle shall draw a trailer exceeding 265 kilograms, in weight unladen or 152 centimeters, in overall width.(b)No invalid carriage shall draw a trailer.
