(2)Any person, who has undergone such inoculation under circumstances beyond his control, shall remain in isolation for a period of not less than forty days from the date of the operation or until such time as has been certified by a registered medical practitioner that he is no longer likely to infect any other person with smallpox by contact or near approach.
