Section 32(2)(i) in The Nalanda Open University Act, 1995

(i)A Regulation made by the Academic Council under sub-section (1) shall be forwarded, as soon as may be to the Executive Council for consideration and approval. Where the Executive Council wish to make any amendment it shall obtain the opinion of the Academic Council and shall consider the same.
