Section 818O(ii) in Rules of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, 1952
(ii)Whenever such application is made and the Court comes to the conclusion that the intervening third party had no grounds or no sufficient grounds for intervening, if may order him to pay the whole or any part of the costs occas-sioned by his intervention.
