(4)The portion of the Elementary Education fund which is not likely to be immediately required may invest as per the guidelines issued by the State Government from time to time. Note: This shall be in supersession of Rule No.158, 159 and 162 of the Gujarat Panchayats Act, 1993 (Gujarat Act No. XVIII of 1993).
