The Court : This is an appeal of the year 2005. There is nothing
to show that notice of appeal was ever served. The department has reported that
the appellant did not even take out the notice of appeal from the department for
service on the respondent. On 29th January, 2015, the matter was listed but no
one responded and the matter was directed to be listed as "For Dismissal". On 12th February, 2015, the matter was directed to be listed as "For Dismissal" with endorsement '2'. On 17th February, 2015, the matter was directed to be listed under the heading "For Dismissal" with endorsement '3'. 2
In all occasions, no one appeared for the appellant. On 19th February, 2015 suo motu the matter was adjourned for three weeks. In spite of the suo motu adjournment no one has appeared to take care of the matter. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed.
