Section 536(a) in Civil Court Rules of the High Court of Judicature at Patna
(a)Every application for the registration of a clerk shall be made to the Registering Authority by the Pleader or Mukhtar desiring to employ him. It shall also be signed by the clerk proposed to be employed.
