Section 66(3) in Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976
(3)If any person refuses or fails to comply with an order made under subsection (1), the Competent Authority may evict that person and any other persons who obstructs him and takes possession of the premises, and may for that purpose use such force as may be necessary.
