Section 96 in The Andaman and Nicobar Islands Value Added Tax Regulation, 2017
96. General penalty.
- Any person, who contravenes any of the provisions of this Regulation or any rules made thereunder for which no penalty is separately provided under the Act, shall be liable to pay a penalty of five thousand rupees.
