1. The petitioners were given appointment pursuant to order dated 22.07.2019, passed by Division Bench of this Court in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.4907/2019. However, by that time, other candidates were given appointments in the year 2019 in furtherance of the advertisement. The petitioners' grievance raised in the present writ petition is that the respondents themselves have wrongly denied appointment to the petitioners and once the Division Bench has held in their favour, they are required to be placed at appropriate seniority in terms of various decisions rendered by this Court.
2. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file detailed representations ventilating their grievances along with copies of the judgments, which they want to rely upon.

3. On receipt of such representations, the respondents shall pass appropriate order in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 8 weeks from receipt thereof.
