45. Termination of service on removal or dismissal
. The pay and allowances of an employee who is dismissed' or removed from service cease from the date of such dismissal or removal.Note : Dismissal of removal from service terminates the service of an employee as from the date on which the relevant order is passed. The order of dismissal or removal from service cannot thus be given a retrospective effect with reference to the lute of the order.
