Section 110(2) in The Himachal Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1994
(2)The municipality may fix, by notice, places at which articles of clothing, bedding or other articles which have been exposed to infection shall be washed, and, no person shall wash any such article at any place not so fixed.
