Date : February 18, 2019.

P. C. :

1. Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties.

Perused the order dated 25th January 2019. Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the Respondent-Corporation submitted that in terms of the said order, a draft of agreement of right of way is given to the Respondent- Corporation by the Petitioner on 31st January 2019. He submitted that now the Petitioner's proposal for DRC will be processed and final decision would be taken by the Commissioner. He seeks four weeks time.

2. We find that all the relevant documents are given to the Respondent-Corporation by the Petitioner for processing their proposal of DRC and the Petitioner has already made it clear that they patilsr 1/ 2 ::: Uploaded on - 21/02/2019 ::: Downloaded on - 17/03/2019 23:59:47 ::: are not claiming DRC for the area more than 1777 sq. mtrs.

3. In the light of above, we find that two weeks time to process the Petitioner's proposal would be more than sufficient. We, therefore, adjourn the matter to 11th March 2019. To be placed high on board.
