Section 21(1) in Jharkhand Single Window Clearance Act, 2015
(1)Inspections under the provisions of applicable Acts or Rules by different levels of authorities, shall be conducted jointly by the office of the Labour Commissioner and Jharkhand State Pollution Control Board and other, once in a year.
