(m)“Passenger conveyor” means Moving walk/travellator a power driven installation with endless moving walkway (e.g., pallets, belt) for the conveyance of passengers and goods either on the same or between different traffic levels; Note: Passenger conveyors (Moving walk or travellator) are machines which should not be considered as a fixed access even when they are out of operation.
